How often do you run research studies?
We always have a few projects ongoing and topics we are doing research about. If we need to do research and how much changes constantly, but you can expect a few emails from us a month.
What are the benefits of participating?
Sharing your feedback will ensure that we are prioritizing the right things. You will also get a sneak peek of the features we are working on and be able to voice your thoughts before they are released.
What type of research do you do?
It depends on the project we are working on and the information we want to get. Most commonly, we will be sending surveys with questions for you to answer. Another frequent type of research we do is prototype testing, in which we will should you a "draft" of a page or feature we are working on and ask you to complete some tasks using it, and follow up with some questions.
When will my feedback be implemented?
We might not always be able to prioritize every problem and we have to make compromises, but at least we want to make these decisions based on your feedback. Timelines are very dependent on the project and its status. Sometimes we are just gathering information, other times we are already in development for a new feature. We might not always be able to provide a concrete answer, but feel free to ask us and we will try our best to answer.
